The Happiness Project by Gretchen Rubin The author shares with us through example how she takes practical steps to finding Happiness in her own backyard. For those who yearn for the outcome of Eat, Pray, Love but to whom trips to India, Indonesia and Italy may not be on the list just yet or ever.
Self by Yann Martel (reads like a documentary. Semi-fiction about transitions and self-discovery a lot of it through sex. I like his story ideas)
